Mahopac Public Library opens by appointment on Monday, August 3
Browsing, Computer Use, Curbside Pickup!
Here’s what you need to know:

NO WALK-INS PERMITTED AT THIS TIME.
Properly fitting masks are required during visits for patrons two years and older. Thank you for following our guidelines and for your patience.
We have extended the hours that we are open
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesdays & Thursday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturdays: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sundays: closed
Safety is our first priority
Reduced occupancy – up to 15 patrons will be permitted in the Library at one time.
No group visits (including a family).
Maximum 2 people per appointment; an appointment must be made for each person.
Observe distancing signage.
Time reserved for vulnerable populations including seniors: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:15 am – 10 am
During your onsite appointment you can:
Browse the collection:
Browsing sessions are limited to 30 minutes per person per day.
You can also pick up your items,
renew your card,
and/or pay your fines
(credit/debit card only; no cash)
Use a computer:
Email askus@mahopaclibrary.org
to coordinate computer use
or virtual assistance.
Onsite computers are limited; maximum use:
1 hour/person/per day.
Printing fees up to $3.00
will be waived.
Copy, fax, or scan:
Fees up to $3.00 for these services will be waived.
(credit/debit card only for
fees over $3.00)
Some health & safety restrictions
Print magazines, newspapers, water fountains, and study/meeting rooms will NOT be available.
No cash payments will be accepted.
NO item donations at this time.
