Reserve a Room

DUE TO COVID-19, NO ROOMS CAN BE REQUESTED AT THIS TIME.

Non-library groups may reserve several of our meeting spaces. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance with up to a maximum of six consecutive meetings and no more than six meetings per year.

Room Information


Conference Room Located on the 3rd Floor. Maximum capacity is 20 people.


Community RoomLocated on the 3rd Floor. Maximum capacity is 50 people. Take a 360° Tour


Third Floor Meeting RoomLocated on the 3rd Floor. Maximum capacity is 30 people.


Land UseLocated on the 2nd Floor. Maximum capacity is 25 people.


Learning Lab Located on the 2nd Floor. Maximum capacity is 25 people. Take a 360° Tour


Lake View RoomLocated on the 1st Floor. Maximum capacity is 25 people.


CafeLocated on the 1st Floor. Maximum capacity is 15 people.


Study Rooms 1 and 2Located on the 2nd Floor. Maximum capacity is 6 people per room. The Study Rooms may be used by submitting an Application for Meeting Arrangement form at least 24 hours in advance of the date/time needed. Study Rooms may also be used on a first-come, first-served basis when not reserved. Study rooms may NOT be used for tutoring.
