The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project will demonstrate the preparation of four traditional Korean dishes. After the demonstration, a full, home-cooked Korean meal will be served in Bangja bronze ware. A short film focusing on Korean culture will complete the program.
Recipes and complimentary books will be offered to all attendees.
