With ever-increasing demands imposed on our daily lives it has sometimes become challenging to maintain focus and balance of mind. Many of us would like to reclaim peace of mind from all these distractions.
This class will present an introduction to mindfulness meditation. you will learn how to meditate by observing your own breath, your thoughts, as well as your bodily sensations such as pain. With practice you will begin to observe these phenomenon objectively, thereby introducing you to a path towards greater well-being.
