For families with children ages 2 and up
Community Room, 3rd floor
Build a holiday gingerbread house! We’ll supply the festive music, graham crackers, hot cocoa, and a paper plate – you supply the frosting, candy and imagination! For easier construction, bring a milk carton or other form to build your house on, as well as a bag or box to carry your creation safely home.

Teen Service Opportunity Available!
Energetic, friendly, motivated teens in grades 8 and up needed to assist at the Family Gingerbread event. Assist patrons with supplies, refill water pitchers, clean up between sessions, and clean up at the end. We’ll supply the paper towels and cleaning spray – you supply the elbow grease! Double Community Service Hours given!
This opportunity is for teens in grades 8 and up to help them meet required Community Service hours for graduation, religious education, honor society etc.
First preference given to Mahopac/Mahopac Central School District residents.
