Space is limited to 12 participants; the workshop is held via Zoom. Registration with a valid email address is required.
Creating art can be an incredible way to heal and de-stress. It is becoming a very effective personal wellness tool during these challenging times. Working on art, while reducing stress and anxiety, will keep you feeling calm and centered.
Art for Stress Relief Part 2 is a continuation of techniques and principles learned in the first course. More advanced Neurographic Art will be enjoyed as well as a possible introduction to Slow Stitch for meditation.
All are welcome – registration is not restricted to those who participated in Art for Stress Relief, Part 1.
Registration is required. Please be sure that you can attend all 4 classes before registering.
A list of suggested supplies will be provided at the first class.
