Registration is now open

One registration covers the entire series for each class.

First preference given to Mahopac/Mahopac Central School District Residents. Non-residents will be placed on a Wait List and will be admitted if space allows and at the discretion of library staff. Please wait for email notification of your acceptance into the class before attending.

If a program is has a strikethrough over it, that means that the class is filled.

NEW Tinker Tots

Wednesdays at 2 PM, January 28th – March 11th

Children from birth to 13 months (pre-walkers) and their caregivers
Located in the Lake View Room

Join us for our new Tinker Tots program, designed for curious toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2-5). Each week, we will explore a new topic through creative, hands-on, and sensory-rich experiences. Get ready for stories, messy art and lots of Early Literacy fun!

Book Babies

Tuesdays at 11:00 AM, January 27th – March 10th

Children from birth to 13 months (pre-walkers) and their caregivers
Located in the Lake View Room

Children from birth to 13 months (pre-walkers) together with their caregivers will enjoy this program led by Ms. Cindy, with songs, nursery rhymes, fingerplays, lap bounces, and book sharing. A great way to connect with other young families!

Rhythm and Reading

Mondays at 11:00 AM, January 26th – March 9th

For children aged 3 to 5 years and their caregivers.
Located in the Lake View Room

Join Ms. Dayna for this Early Literacy class chock full of fun songs, stories, puppets, instruments, fingerplays, and dances. Designed to enrich language skills & self expression.

Wiggles and Giggles

Tuesdays at 10:00 AM, January 27th – March 10th
OR
Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, January 28th – March 11th

Toddlers ages 13-23 months who are walking independently, along with their caregivers
Located in the Lakeview Room

Join Ms. Cindy for this active program of songs, rhymes, movement, fingerplays and book sharing to build Early Literacy skills.

Terrific Twos

Thursdays at 10:00 AM, January 29th – March 12th

For children aged 2 years and their caregivers.
Located in the Lake View Room

Join Ms. Dayna for stories, songs, instruments and language skills specifically for two-year-olds and their caregivers.
