Mail merge allows you create a batch of documents  or labels that are personalized for each recipient. For example, a form letter might be personalized to address each recipient by name using information stored in a spreadsheet.  Mail merge can make it quick and easy to create labels for your holiday cards, make personalize letters for a mailing list, and more.
