Established in 1988, the Mentor Program at Garrison Art Center was developed as a means to identify, encourage and guide high school age students in the art-making process from conception to execution.

This project is made possible, in part, through the Putnam Arts Council’s Arts Link Grant Program with public fund provided through the New York State Council on the Arts with support from Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and with public funds from Putnam County.
