Learn the basic skills of balloon art in this interactive hands-on balloon twisting workshop.

Participate in the class then show off your skills at our end of the year Ice Cream Party, Thursday, August 10 at 4pm.*

*Community Service hours will be given for program attendees who choose to provide balloon art creations at the End of Year Ice Cream Party.
