Come join Julia Harrer for this one hour yoga class as she guides you in an “All Levels,” Hatha Yoga practice designed to help you connect with body, breath and spirit. Incorporating easy breath work and light meditation, Julia will guide you through yoga poses to help you increase awareness of self in the present moment as a practice for self knowledge and awareness off your mat, in the world. Yoga is known to be beneficial for the physical body by potentially lowering blood pressure, increasing circulation, range of motion, and proprioception. In the subtle body, the benefits of yoga may be endless. Come connect with self, along with community, and see what you can learn about you.

Bring your mat, 2 blocks (if you have them), water, and dress comfortably

This Hatha Yoga class is 8 sessions, Wednesday September 11,18,25 and October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30.

Registration limited to Mahopac Central School District Residents. Registration remains pending until approved.
