Using IRS data, GuideStar creates browsable profiles for all registered nonprofits. Donors use GuideStar to get up to date information about nonprofits to give money too. Join us to learn how to make the most of your organization’s GuideStar profile!

In this class we will discuss:

• Why updating your organizational’s profile is important
• What GuideStar’s seals of transparency are and how they can help your organization
• How to claim your organization’s profile

We will start with a 30-minute presentation which is followed by an optional 30-minutes of discussion with other local non-profit workers and volunteers. Bring questions, projects, problems, and successes from your nonprofit that you would like to share!
