Submit a completed reading log and you will be entered into the raffle.

You can enter each time you read or listen to 4 books

Prizes:

• 2 Grand Prizes: $100 Gift Card
• 2 Prizes: $75 Gift Card
• 3 Prizes: $50 Gift Card

Return your completed forms to the library when you pickup or return materials!

You can also email us your titles at circulation@mahopaclibrary.org, or call us at 845-628-2009 ext. 100. Winners will be notified by phone after the raffle drawing on the evening of August 12, 2022
