Kripalu Yoga and Meditation
Mondays from January 7th – March 25th
12:00 PM-1:30 PM
$80 per person; 12 week class. Registration with class fee required.
This is a gentle to moderate class taught by a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor. Breath awareness and warm up movements prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of the class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Deep relaxation and meditation concludes each class.
Yin Yoga
Tuesdays, January 5th – March 5th
10:00 AM-11:30 AM
$55 per person; 8 week class. Registration with class fee required.
This yoga class combines a series of long held passive floor poses that gently work the lower part of the body. The second half of the class involves a more active and gentle yoga.
Evening Yoga
Wednesdays, January 9th – March 27th
7:00 PM-8:15 PM
$80 per person; 12 weeks. Registration with class fee required.
This yoga class has been designed so that anyone can learn to safely practice and reap the benefits of one of the most profound healing systems. Learn to stretch without pain, maintain proper alignment, re-establish a fuller range of motion, strengthen fragile joints and muscles, reduce stress, and cultivate a peaceful mind.
Thursday Mid-Day Yoga

Gentle Yoga
Fridays, January 11th – March 15th

$65 per person; 10 weeks. Registration with class fee required.
Come to relax and breathe deeply. With each stretch, the body responds, releasing tension. As the mind centers, find inner peace through movement and brief meditation.
This class uses chairs and blocks to support movement and balance, and provide stability. Individualized attention to alignment guides your practice, every step of the way.
