PowerPoint Series
Wednesdays at 6:30pm, starting October 7th
Learning Lab, 2nd Floor
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a high demand skill in the job market. This series will take you from getting started to creating polished presentations!
This class meets on Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm for four weeks:
- 10/07 Week 1 – slide basics, themes, transitions
- 10/14 Week 2 – pictures, shapes, arranging objects
- 10/21 Week 3 – video content, tables, charts, SmartArt
- 10/28 Week 4 – slide master view, recording your presentation
This is a hybrid class with an option to participate virtually or in-person.

You or your student can access help from live tutors from the comfort of your home with your Mahopac Library card. In this class, we will take a deeper look at Brainfuse HelpNow and how you can access:
- live tutors at anytime
- robust writing feedback
- study materials and practice exams
- personalized learning plans
