Looking to move your body and clear your mind? Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga Flow session right here among the books! This class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find a moment of peace in your busy week.
We will move through a series of poses linked with breath, creating a “flow” that leaves you feeling energized and centered. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never stepped on a mat, this class is open to all levels.
Take an hour for yourself to breathe, stretch, and reset. No experience is necessary—just an open mind!
