Please join Putnam County SPCA officers Chief Kenneth Ross and Detective Sgt. Ken Ross for an educational seminar on animal cruelty.

In this seminar, attendees will learn how animal cruelty is defined, how it is combated, what the appropriate steps are if observed, and its lasting effect on animals and humans.

Q and A will follow the presentation.
